Independent Contractor / Field Inspector

Pacific Field Service is currently seeking representation for residential occupancy inspections in the Oklahoma area. We perform inspections on behalf of loan servicers. We are there to verify occupancy and any damages over $500. This is the clients way of eliminating liability and in some instances to let the mortgager know that the lender would like to speak to them.
Communication is essential in the success of our team. We have several staff members in our office to provide assistance and answer any questions that may arise during the inspection process. These inspections do not require appointments or that you enter the property (except in rare instances). These inspections average 5 minutes on the site and 5 minutes of administrative time. This is a very fast pace, high-volume type of work. These inspections do not require special certification. The occupancy inspections are the primary volume but we do offer other services to our clients.
